“Meeting, getting to know and working with Tim and Barry has been an absolute joy. A team who have something that is very rare in the creative industry; complete mastery of their skills, but confident enough to hand over power and collaborate with young people to get the best out of them. Their creative output over 25 years shows that their vision and values are more than just words, it sits at the heart of everything they do, and they always bring that energy into any partnership they are part of.”

Why It Matters:
Over the last 25 years, we’ve built a legacy by platforming underground culture and pushing creative boundaries. From Grime to Footwork, our work has shifted the global conversation around what music and visual storytelling can be.
Through Don’t Watch That CIC, we’re now using that legacy to create meaningful, long-term impact — helping young people unlock their talent, gain creative skills, and access opportunities they’ve traditionally been shut out of.
Past Projects & Collaborators
We’ve worked with a wide range of partners to deliver workshops, mentoring programmes, and artist development projects.

Want to collaborate with us, fund a programme, or bring us into your community or school?
Our workshops and programmes invite young people and emerging artists to discover music by experiencing a real-world immersion in the industry, learning the tricks of the trade in genuine projects with some of the leading lights in underground music. With the art they create ultimately reaching audiences of many thousands, we challenge them to learn quickly and bring their best selves, making work that reflects their talent and skills.
VISION
We work in partnership with leading cultural venues like Barbican and Southbank Centre, bringing diverse groups of young people into their buildings and exposing them to the opportunities available to them in these spaces. Increasingly, over the next three years, we’ll diversify the contexts in which we deliver these workshops, growing our reach nationally and ensuring we reach those who most benefit.
MISSION
We help our funders have a positive impact on the communities they want to reach, by connecting with these communities through the art forms and platforms that are relevant.
“Having Tim and Barry as my Mentors was so helpful and insightful - developing crucial experience behind a live music video set with a tonne of action, lights, choreographers and last but not least ENERGY! I was also given useful tips about recording future music videos and the way to go about it to maximise output and so much more… love the experience and great time, that mentoring definitely
had a positive effect on me.”
